3. Ticket Purchases & Payment Terms

3.1 Ticketing & Pricing

• Ticket prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
• All ticket sales are final unless specified in the Refund Policy (see Section 4).
• Service fees may apply to each transaction and are non-refundable.
• UpTheSmoke Festival does not guarantee ticket availability.

3.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are securely processed by third-party providers, including Stripe.
• By purchasing a ticket, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Event Changes

4.1 Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Refunds will be issued up to a week leading up to the event
• In case of event cancellation, refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be requested within a specified period if you cannot attend the rescheduled date.

4.2 Ticket Transfers & Resale

• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the event organizer.
• Unauthorized resale or third-party ticket transfers may result in cancellation without a refund.

5. Event Policies & Code of Conduct

5.1 Entry & Attendance

• Attendees must present a valid ticket and identification upon entry.
• The festival reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees for violating event policies.
• Entry is subject to security screenings and compliance with festival guidelines.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

Attendees must not engage in:

• Illegal or disruptive behavior.
• Harassment or endangerment of others.
• Unauthorized commercial activity or distribution of promotional materials.
• Use of counterfeit or fraudulent tickets.

5.3 Photography & Media Consent

• By attending, you consent to being photographed, recorded, or filmed during the event.
• UpTheSmoke Festival may use such content for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 Assumption of Risk

• Attendees participate at their own risk.
• UpTheSmoke Festival is not responsible for injuries, lost/stolen belongings, or adverse weather conditions.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event participation.
• Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the ticket purchase amount.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Payments are securely processed through Stripe in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

• Our website may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for their policies or practices.
• Transactions with third-party vendors at the festival are subject to their own terms and conditions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
